ParkMarket

Privacy Policy

Last updated October 15, 2026

This policy explains what information ParkMarket (“we”, “us”) collects when you use www.parkmarket.io and how we use it. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Information you give us

  • Inquiries and requests: your name, email, phone number and message when you request information on a listing, ask about a park, request a valuation or contact us.
  • Listing alerts and Buy Box: your email, optional name and the criteria you choose (state, property type, price, cap rate and similar).
  • Listings and community updates: property details, documents and contact information you submit as an owner or broker.
  • Your account: your email address, used to send one-time sign-in links, and the properties you save.

Information collected automatically

  • Analytics: we use PostHog to understand how the site is used, such as pages viewed, searches and form submissions, along with device, browser and approximate location derived from your IP address.
  • Cookies and local storage: a sign-in cookie keeps you logged in, and your browser stores small preferences such as dismissed prompts and saved properties.
  • Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use information

  • To respond to your inquiry and connect you with the owner or broker of a property.
  • To send listing alerts and other emails you asked for. Every alert email has a one-click unsubscribe link.
  • To review, publish and moderate listings and directory updates.
  • To run, secure and improve the site.

When we share information

  • With the listing broker or owner of a property you ask about, so they can respond to you.
  • With service providers who run the site for us: hosting (Vercel), database and sign-in (Supabase), email delivery (Resend), analytics (PostHog) and our customer relationship tools. They may use the data only to provide their service.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights and safety of our users and the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Public directory information

The national directory lists communities using public records, such as state licensing lists, and facts about each property. It describes properties, not individuals. If you own or manage a community and want to correct its details, use the update form on its page or contact us.

Your choices

  • Unsubscribe from alerts using the link in any alert email.
  • Delete saved properties from your account at any time.
  • Ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by contacting us. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have these rights by law, and we honor them for everyone.

Retention and security

We keep inquiries and account data while they are useful for the purpose you gave them to us, then delete them. Data is encrypted in transit and access is limited to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send sensitive financial information through our forms.

Children

The site is for adults doing business in real estate and is not directed at children under 16.
