What ParkMarket is

ParkMarket is a marketplace and directory for mobile home parks, RV parks, RV resorts, campgrounds and manufactured homes. We are a platform, not a party to any transaction. We do not own the properties listed, and we do not act as your broker, lender, attorney or advisor. Consult with a professional mobile home park and RV park broker.

Listing and directory information

Listings are provided by owners and brokers. Directory entries and “Reported for sale” notices come from public records. We do not verify this information and make no promise that it is accurate, complete or current. Prices, financials, occupancy and availability can change or may be wrong. Do your own due diligence before relying on anything you read here.

Your account and submissions

• Give accurate information and keep your email address current.
• Only list a property you own or are authorized to market. You confirm you have the right to share any photos, documents and data you upload, and you let us display them on the site and in related marketing.
• We may review, edit, decline or remove any listing or submission.
• Documents shared through the site (offering memoranda, rent rolls, financials) are confidential. Use them only to evaluate the property, and follow any NDA the seller requires.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to:

• Scrape, copy or bulk-download listings or directory data.
• Send spam, or contact owners or residents in a way that harasses them.
• Post false, misleading or unlawful content.
• Interfere with the site’s security or operation.

Paid services

Paid research services, such as Founding Pro, are governed by the terms you accept when you sign up, in addition to these terms.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, software and the compiled directory belong to ParkMarket or its licensors. Listing content belongs to whoever submitted it.

Disclaimers and limits

The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, ParkMarket is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from a transaction, a listing or reliance on site content.
